Network Redundancy

Each data center has has completely redundant Cisco routing
and switching architecture, and HSRP failover protection. We
host from carrier neutral facilities, which means there are multiple
IP carriers providing the bandwidth.

Power Redundancy

Diesel generators provide automatic power transfer from
the UPS to our servers in case of a power failure.
The generators can handle full service for the entire location
no matter how long or severe the power outage. Fuel delivery
contracts ensure that the fuel capacity will always be
sufficient to keep our servers running, regardless of the length
of a blackout or power interruption.

Environmental Cooling and A/C Systems

The under-floored cooling and industrial A/C systems keep the
servers at low operating temperatures, extending their lifetime
and increasing reliability. Environmental and humidity control
systems help provide optimal air quality and reduce the
amount of dust and particle exposure to our servers.

High Security Facility with Monitored Access

All facilities are monitored with 24x7 security cameras and
video storage. Entry to the data centers are protected by key
card access. Each segmented area and cabinet is securely
locked and completely seperated from the other segments.

Fire Suppression & Sprinkler Systems

Each facility has complete fire protection, including sprinkler
systems specifically designed for networking equipment.
