The primary facility that we are hosting from
is located in Dallas, near Level (3) Communications,
which is one of the most IP centric locations on the Internet and is
also at a core point of the Internet's fiber optic
infrastructure. This reduces total average latency for our
customers, resulting in faster browsing for their sites'
visitors. The vast fiber infrastructure and major telecom providers
that are located here ensure that our bandwidth will always
remain at a premium quality.

Data Centers |
All of DHC's servers are hosted in world-class data centers that
are connected by premium global IP network providers through
fiber optics. These providers, such as Level (3) Communications, help us
ensure that your web presence will run smoothly around the clock. Every data
center we are located within uses Cisco routers and switches in
redundant configurations, resulting in the most reliable service
possible. Every server is run on redundant power systems,
such as a UPS backup and diesel generated power. There
are fire suppression systems, industrial grade A/C units to keep
all of our servers extremely cool, and 24/7 onsite technicians and
engineers at every location.

Servers and Hardware |
All of our servers are custom designed, built, and configured by our own
staff. This allows a higher level of consistency and quality control
within our hosting environment. We use RAID technologies for
our servers' hard drives, which improves reliability and uptime.
Every server that is hosting web sites has a minimum 2.0GHZ+
CPU, and a hefty 2GB+ memory! Our servers are built
from parts that have some of the lowest known failure
rates, determined by solid research and failure statistics of
the components. Our quality control research is based
on numerous factors such as the MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) and MFRR
(Manufacturer Field Return Rates), and allows us to design the most
fault-proof servers possible.

Network Operation Centers and Monitoring
Facilities |
Every server is carefully monitored by a sophisticated suite of
software and hardware that immediately notifies us of any problems.
We utilitze onsite monitoring as well
as remote network monitoring facilities located in both
Houston and Los Angeles. For maximum reliability we also use
outsourced monitoring services, and in combination with our own
system we are monitoring our servers from over 8 different
cities across the US. In the rare event of a problem occurring, our
network monitoring being located both onsite and remotely allows
us to detect and resolve it promptly, regardless
of the geographical location.

is a primary IP provider throughout the data centers that
