Disclosure Agreement
DHC will not disclose personal or private information to third-party marketing services or mailing lists. DHC agrees not to disclose any personal information of a customer unless we are required to do so by a legal obligation, have a need arising from difficulty in contacting a customer related to an essential notification, or have a specific requirement in order to maintain our services that would require some disclosure of information to a third-party, within lawful reason. We do not disclose your personal information with other entities apart from the necessity of being able to provide products and services to you, and only when we have a valid reason, such as under the following circumstances:

  • An affiliated company, partner, or laborer comes in contact with your information, whether by chance or necessity, when providing a service to DHC. We do require a confidentiality agreement for anyone providing services to us that might come in contact with such information. On rare occasion such companies might need your personal information to assist them in repair, upgrades, or modifications of our services, which in some cases might require personal information be released to them. These entities have no rights to disclose any of your private information on their own accord to any company or third-party.

  • If we have a legal obligation or internal legal requirement for the information.

  • Suspicion of illegal activities by a customer that would require further investigating such as suspected fraud, potential threats to our service such as a suspected electronic security breach, or the suspicion of any other unlawful acts being performed by a customer or end-user.

  • We might also transfer your information if we were to be acquired by another company, in which case you might be subject to a different privacy policy as determined by the new ownership.
